UTD Meeting


T-Shirt Designs
    -None in; Dan Henke design
    -Get them end of semester
    -We get say on color/desigh, etc.
    -We're doing a screen print

Chili Feed
    -Do it early second semester
    -Help Steph out
    -Find crockpots/cooks/supplies (paper cups, etc.)
    -Corn bread, chili, and drink (apple cider or hot cocoa) for $5.50
    -Use as promotion for student written and directed One-Acts

Christmas Party
    -Where have it? 
    -Games
    -Do a a potluck?
    -Need to set the date/place (probably during finals week)
    -Sign up if can host
   
Student Written/Directed One-Acts
    -Audition on Dead Day?  (December 7th)
    -Possibly 1-3 PM; Callbacks posted at 3:30; Callbacks at 4 PM
    -Saundra doing dance piece; need actors and dancers
    -First weekend in February or last in January is performance
    -Performances are Friday, Saturday (afternoon), and Saturday (night)
    -Talkbacks afterward
    -Taking scripts until November 1st;
        -Talk to Addie if need extension

    -Holds classes; otherwise they're cut
